this place is awful! my boyfriend’s grandma was in there yesterday the women there are rude saying what does that lady need know she needed help they were rough with her than this morning she was on the floor and naked not helping and my boyfriends aunt and uncle were they and had to get her out. these people never went in to check on her at all .. and she has dementia and you think they would help they did not ! at this place a is awful and will let you die there ! please do not send anyone there !
Horrible facility.. AVOID!! Run by people from Lakewood who treat the patients and families horribly. The state should look into this facility.

Nurses are not friendly at allll but the front desk is so warm and friendly’ I love seeing them and theRe the sweetest gentleman I’ve met there thus far
This is my first experience having a family member in a rehabilitation center, and the staff here has been very helpful and caring.
