Would not recommend. Bad customer service experience. I relayed my concerns to the owner. Platitudes but no actions.
Today was my first time having my massage done at Meridian Medical Massage. I am extremely impressed with their customer service with the ladies at the front desk and my massage therapist. I have been communicating with their staffs for about a week or so via (mostly) texts prior to going in. Making sure my paperwork and insurance are all inline without any issues. Massage expertise has been very good so far. The staff has been attentive, courteous and professional. The price is good for the service, not all insurance taken here, but worth the cash price. Equipment and facilities are clean, modern, comfortable. The scheduling system and reminders are good, and useful. Revision to my early statement, noise nearby definitely not a cause by Meridian Medical Massage.
