Should be zero stars. I understand waiting for a bit after filling out paperwork. But 20 plus minutes for someone to take my vitals is ridiculous when I was the only one In the lobby when arriving. To make matters worst I had to wait for the front desk lady to finish her phone call on her cell phone to ask a question. The professionalism is poor missing here. And the convenience of visitors time is an after thought.
I been going to this doctor for awhile now .. the doctors are very nice .. it’s the front desk receptionist be rude ..the doctors are great.. it’s the staff that’s rude .. this just happened at 8:33 am whoever answered the phone .. she act like I was bothering her .. she was RUDE to the point I’m finding another doctor and I really liked my doctor but with staff like that NO THANK YOU…
I Love It Here! They are very personal and take my concerns serious. Whatever i need or have a problem with they will always make me feel at ease and help me address my problem's. You can come here for a variety of different medical concerns
Came in for a Veterans Affairs referral appointment. My appointments are usually punctual, so I show up 10 mins early. Waited 45 minutes and had to leave because I could not wait any longer. My previous VA appointments have always started on time, so I do not recommend this practice. Also, it was quite dirty and cluttered inside.
I have the best experience the best doctors and even the front desk are great. I have never felt so happy as everything so welcoming and make sure you need all the medical support you need or in my case as in helping finding my specialist needs for me. I can’t compile the work that they do. I was searching a good primary care & this was the one on my list . I’m glad that I did. Thank you if you guys are looking for above & beyond I would definitely would recommend Meridain : )
