Meridian Meadows Assisted Living & Memory Care in Meridian, ID has been an incredible experience for our family. I would give less than 1 star if I could . My experience with every person I interacted with at this facility was absolutely horrendous. It was a mix of utter rudeness. and a feeling that we were somehow inconveniencing them by being there. . The social worker was absolutely useless. I asked for resources for my elderly mother with stage 4 cancer. She offered no help whatsoever. She had absolutely zero empathy or interest in helping coordinate my mother’s care and next steps.
