I have lived here since Nov 2018. I've never experienced an issue, the front office was always so professional, polite and prompt. This complex went under new management a few months ago and it has been awful!! There is ZERO communication. Nobody responds to emails, nobody answers the phone or even returns calls when messages are left. The pool has been closed for months. I arrived at the place at the scheduled time, and they told me they couldn’t show me the unit but didn’t give me any reason at first. When I insisted, the woman first said it was because of the weather, and then later claimed it was because the AI had made the wrong reservation. I think it’s ridiculous because they could have informed me beforehand. I went there during rush hour and faced heavy traffic, and they should have had the professionalism to let me know in advance. I applied last week haven't heard from anyone. They just took my money. I called asking for update. The lady stated she needed my ID and paystubs even though I already submitted on the online application portal. They forwarded all their calls to a voice mail that does not let you leave a vm. The office is always closed even it says open online. I emailed them still no response like literally stole my money I have to report them to the BBB and dispute transactions with my bank.
