This was a great massage. I loved how he would stretch and move the joints around before starting the massage. He listed to what I had to say about my areas to pay attention too. I would highly recommend the 90 min. full body massage
The absolute best massage in Charleston. My stress melts away the minute I walk through the door. The studio space is calming and beautiful. Mark is always very accommodating and has a variety of techniques to help cure painful problem areas, increase range of motion, and reduce stiffness. He helped immensely with my recovery after a recent surgery and took every precaution while treating me. As someone who sits at a desk all day, I often have issues with my neck and hips. The best massage I've ever had hands down! Every session is targeted to exactly what I need at the time and I always feel a million times better after. From tight muscles, stress, hip mobility, knee issues, etc. he has helped them all! I will continue going to Mark from now on.
