Health Village Imaging in Jackson is THE worst. They charged me for a service that was not ordered by me or my physician. I have obtained a copy of my prescription which states it is for an ultrasound only for which I have paid in full. I have spoken to the office staff at Health Village imaging asking for proof of my consent to perform an additional service and have yet to receive a response (it's August and the test was done in January). I'd like to speak administer or person in charge, my experiences in the entire Meridian center in Jackson has been horrendous!
Had a very good experience here. The mammogram tech was very kind and thorough. I had to return for a second screening and they made it as painless as possible.
Made an appointment for my first mammogram, IN PERSON, pushing my BABY in a stroller. The woman even told me NOT TO BRING THE BABY because of the radiation. I took half of a VACATION DAY from work for the appointment only to be told that I needed to have been not breastfeeding for at least 6 months!! The tech and radiologist apologized but that doesn't give me my vacation time back. I told them that I made the appointment in person with the baby and their reply was that the office staff "doesn't think that hard!" Well, I bet... read more
