After seeing 3 star reviews from both valley oaks AND.meridian, as well as calling and setting up appointments with each, I can confidently say I’m happy with my choice. These guys are great. The facility is beautiful and clean. The lady signing me in was very nice and had a wonderful presence. They have a really nice waiting room within the health services area with coffee and water and stuff. Staff is nice. I like having virtual appointments from home. I have had 1 very good Dr who left and 1 bad provider - Alexis Chapman NP. Normally I prefer an NP. But on my first visit she completely overwhelmed me with info about many options, decided nothing and said she would call me back on a certain day. She never called. I didn't even know when to make a follow-up appt. There was a problem with the script she sent so I couldn't fill it. I called the office many times for three weeks and she never gave any response. My son had an appointment scheduled for January 28th that was made almost 3 months ago with a different provider because the one he had been seeing was leaving. I received a message from our pharmacy stating that they had not received a refill authorization for one of my son’s medication. I contacted Meridian to find out why. Had I not made that phone call I would not have ever been told that the new provider was leaving on January 28th 2026, the same day my son was scheduled to see her for the first time.
