Unprofessional, rude, and their upper management lies to you. If you want to avoid any problems or issues with staff, go somewhere else for care. I don’t recommend going here for any healthcare needs.
Well we did have our NP say she’d never be leaving, and two weeks later announced she’s leaving, so that was not a good start! We now have another NP Ericka which I like better!!! My complaint is NOT with her. The front desk staff and whomever is ACTUALLY in charge are a HOT ASS MESS!!!!!! They have NO clue how things should be ran!!!! NO ONE should have to wait a WEEK for a med refill, especially when your stupid voicemail says ONE business day!!!!! Staff members are friendly, patient, and helpful. Family Nurse Practitioner Ms. Scotland is very kind and took her time with me during my visit. Wonderful clinic, highly recommended!
