This is the worst care I have ever gotten with mental health services. Their counselors fall asleep on you mid counseling sessions they have other people in the vehicle when you're doing a video chat counseling session. They tell you they'll call you in 24 to 48 hours and it could be a week or two before they even call you back. So if your mental health is not good no one cares really. Unprofessional, rude, and their upper management lies to you. If you want to avoid any problems or issues with staff, go somewhere else for care. I don’t recommend going here for any healthcare needs.
