If you don't want the therapist(s) to actually show up for scheduled appointments this is the place for you! After confirming appointments, TWO therapists, not just one..but TWO failed to show up multiple times for my child. And multiple times, I was not even contacted to be made aware that appointments were not going to be met. When you address the office about it, they treat it like it's not a big deal or anything to be concerned with. That whole establishment is a joke.
I sometimes feel I ain't important enough.
