Not allowing two year old baby to sit on lap. Requiring full adult fare for more than one year old babies.
I'd love to give a special shout out to San ( or Sam) at the ticket booth. We had special needs request for my family to attend a show last minute. San had us organized through the chaos and was able to help us in such a calm and reassuring way. Thank you for a memorable show, and for helping us feel welcomed
