Very nice building with an elevator I hear there are different layouts for the units the unit I've visited is very nice high ceilings backsplash stainless steel appliances built in microwave and hardwood floors

Management is nice enough and easy to talk to, but the building sucks. The kitchens are nice, but the 1 bedrooms are tiny and square. Was never home because it was depressing. You get 1 closet in the entire apartment and half of it is a water heater. I couldn’t close my bedroom door because it hit my bed. PAPER THIN WALLS: WONT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. I lived at meridian greens for 2 years. Moved out earlier this year. The first year was ok and was mostly quiet. About a year in the manager changed: a man moved above me and pretty much tortured me with WWE wrestling sounds for hours every single night for 5 months. I complained all the time and I also provided voice recordings that I used as proof. Literally nothing was done until 7 months later!!! Homes seem nice enough for a avg builder. The over all community is to tight with no room to do anything. May as well have bought an apartment or condo ( just less room) however likely would have saved big $'s
