I was impressed by how fast and friendly the service at Meridian was! Getting your car fixed is never cheap, but I know that we saved money by going here too, which is always nice.
***Update*** Bill, the owner, took initiative and reached out to me about my experience. I’m very pleased with how seriously he took my complaint and how he handled the situation. Bill stated that the employee who I had the interaction with was spoken to and no longer works for his company and Bill also offered a refund for the services we felt were unfairly charged. We have taken 2 of our vehicles here for minor and major repairs and they always got the best price on parts and made sure we had a loaner vehicle to drive while our vehicle was being worked on... We highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone!!!!
