As a firsttimer only disappointment was the fact that the jacuzzi was not working . In the future I would request you call clients before hand to let them know in case they want to change dates. Nevertheless, we were pleased with the percentage off and look forward to coming again to enjoy the jacuzzi too... I must say I had the best facial ever. I feel like I have a new face and I am still glowing today.

This has by far been the worse Spa I have been too. We where a party of 4 all wanted facials they only have one gal doing facials so it took over two hours for all of us to be seen. The facial was the bare minimum and over priced $52 for 30mins with no extraction. The Spa offers a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. There where no available towels for over an hour, the jacuzzi jets didn’t work, the hot water ran out as soon as you got in the shower. The staff lacked professionalism. Me encanto,como regalo del día de las madres y mi cumpleaños, fue relajante y acogedor ,disfrute masaje y otro día mi facial ,manicura�y pedicura� ,el jacuzzi �spa mientras esperaba� mi citas ,lo único que deben tener en cuenta ser puntual pxq de igual manera te cobraran y no recibirás tus horas completas de tratamiento. Yo pienso volver pero llevaré compañía pxq si no me siento extraña,pero si me fascinó el trato de los empleados. Les doy un 100%����
