Shane has to be the single worst contractor I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately we were hired from him to do a renovation on a beautiful house that was upwards of a $16,000 bill. Luckily, we got a small deposit from him to start but since we finished the work over two years ago we still have not a single cent more from him even though he was paid in full from the customer. Excellent his work is wonderful very thoughtful finished on time and have had him back to do more work.not one complaint that i have he is custom and no one else in lloyd does what he does.
