I've worked with Meridian Custom Homes for many years, across hundreds of real estate transactions involving homes they've built throughout Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. They consistently operate with the highest level of professionalism and integrity, and it shows in the quality of their work and how they treat clients from start to finish. Some of the happiest, most satisfied home buyers I've encountered in my career have been Meridian clients. I recommend them without hesitation.

After visiting several model homes built by Meridian Custom Homes and loving them — along with the beautiful homes and features showcased on their website — we decided to build with them. A year after moving in, our home truly feels like ours, and we appreciate the craftsmanship, the thoughtful design choices we made with Sue’s help (from tile and flooring selections to guidance on our custom closet, shower glass, and blinds), the excellent warranty support from Chris, and how much joy our home brings us.

We are so pleased a... read more

The Meridian team has been by our side throughout the entire project from design, to permitting, to materials choices, etc. They have always been available to answer our questions, make thoughtful suggestions and work together with us through the inevitable adjustment... read more

I had the pleasure of working with Meridian Custom Homes on a semi-custom build for longtime clients creating their forever home, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Meridian was consistently informative, transparent, and proactive in their communication throughout the entire process. As someone with 25 years of experience in Massachusetts real estate, I can confidently say the quality, craftsmanship, and overall execution of this home surpasses most builders in the state. The final product reflected not... read more
