Meridian built us a home in RI, completed in October of 2024. I wanted to wait a bit for the review so we could see how everything did through the winter! Overall, working with Meridian was a really great experience. They were helpful with design choices and all the sub contractors were great. They had a good schedule and made sure everything was done in a timely fashion (we made design choices far in advance so that when it was time to install, there was no delay). We moved into our new home last month. We worked with Meridian for over a year and our overall experience has been great. As previous ground-up construction veterans, we understood and expected the process to involve some changes, that mistakes would be made and that we would probably have some last-minute requests along the way.
