We are currently in the process of building our new home with Meridian. We are overall very happy with the final product of our new home built by Meridian Custom Homes, but the experience getting there was far from what we expected from a luxury home builder. Communication in the beginning was horrendous — emails and questions often went unanswered for 6–8 weeks. I have had the opportunity to work with Meridian custom homes in many capacities. I have worked with them while landscaping their clients new builds, their model homes and their personal homes. Working on any of the above I would have to say that the owners Alex and Rod and their project managers are always right there when I need them. This is key when you are trying to meet deadlines.
