We stored our trailer at Meridian Creek RV Storage for about 10 years. Access to their property is via paved roads - a nice change to what we were used to. This is a gated lot with keypad security to access and to leave the property. They have various sized lots to accomodate various units. There is also a dump station on site for use by its tenants; cost for this is included in the annual fees.
