I strongly recommend skipping this Meridian branch. I visited three separate times, and each visit was a complete waste of time. The staff appeared unprofessional and disorganized, and instead of assisting customers efficiently, they seemed more focused on casual conversations. Opening an account here felt unnecessarily complicated. There's a middle-aged lady called Vera who always gives EXCEPTIONAL service at this branch!! The other day, I came in to change my VISA credit card PIN, but then I realised I accidentally brought my Meridian banking card instead. She came out to the ATM with me, and showed me exactly how I can change the PIN later (when I have the VISA card with me).
