There's a middle-aged lady called Vera who always gives EXCEPTIONAL service at this branch!! The other day, I came in to change my VISA credit card PIN, but then I realised I accidentally brought my Meridian banking card instead. She came out to the ATM with me, and showed me exactly how I can change the PIN later (when I have the VISA card with me).
