This is more of a review of Merdian than this branch specifically. I recently decided to switch to Meridian after more than 20 years with TD, primarily due to rising account fees. I went to set up a bank account at this location and was met with awkward encounters. Why did I need a dollar in change to set up a bank account? Why wasn't there an email sent informing me of this before I arrived for the appointment? I had 75 cents in change, was told that wasnt enough and had to continue digging through my bag for change. Can't use ATM outside of bank hours event though it's meant to be 24/7. this means inaccessible on weekends and after 5pm most days
