I had a significantly negative and unfortunate experience with one of the employees demonstrating to me a significant lack of adherence to basic values when it came to professional conduct during a routine interaction highlighting to me a level of misbehaviour never before observed from a professional and financial business services perspective
Everyone at the branch was super friendly and welcoming. I was helped by Sharif who was super patient, answered all of my questions and helped me with all of my requests. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend it.
This Meridian location was one of the last holdouts to keep their ATM lobby open late into the night. Well, nothing good lasts forever. The banks don't want us to use cash anymore, so they won't let us get cash after 6:00 p.m. anymore. It is now almost impossible to get cash anywhere in the city after regular banking hours.
