I have complained on the phone and online about my status in Canada being incorrect in their system. They said they would fix it multiple times. I checked back and my messages following up regarding my complaints were no longer readable (there were entries that i sent somethingbut no text). I'm done.
the staff here are so nice and helpful, walk in appointments are super easy, online banking is super easy... they remembered my partner and i when we came back a few weeks later.. just overall easy and thorough and pleasant. we just moved and there's another branch closer to us but they are so nice here that we haven't really even considered switching. highly recommend!

I switched my bank account 6 years ago from a financial institution that charge me monthly to have an active account of $7/month to earning $0.60 interest and I lost 6 months of totalling $14.40. I closed my account with them and opened several accounts with Meridian Credit Union. I met Ashley and Tyler . They are the greatest staff and helped me a lot. I would recommend to open account with them and have a backup emergency account. I am saddened there is no access to the ATM because there are certain individuals go in there... read more
This is not directly related to the branch - in fact I've had great interactions with the staff at the branch. This is related to the outrageous increased fees starting September 1st. Everyone is already paying so bloody much for everything as it is - now we have to pay more to be a customer? Absolute garbage.
