Service here is pretty good, but lack of weekend hours is very inconvenient, especially when this branch closes at 5pm during normal operating hours, which is already pretty limiting. Add extended business hours like all other branches in the GTHA!
I'm curious as to why staff turnover is so high. Manager has been replaced a few times, as well. Mentioned that the staff need name tags. Business cards sitting out front are not helpful. I should not have to ask the person's name who is serving me.

Update ur hours of operation drove here on a Saturday saying its open….
I had a positive experience here opening up an account today. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service.
