My name is Derek and my step-mother's uncle was the CEO of Bank of Bermuda who bought Scotiabank. When I go into your bank, Ontario employees cripple and prep me for surgeries with only the answer, "Don't you just hate old money".
I don't normally attended the Stone Rd branch but I had a situation and was in the area so I went in. I was a bit out of sorts and had some rather odd requests. The male teller was more than helpful! I know he could ( visually) tell I was going through it and was so patient, respectful, kind, and went above and beyond to try and accommodate my requests. As I walked in, Josh, the manager happened to look up, he smiled. It felt like an "open door" policy. The staff at the counters were busy, so I asked him to help me with a credit card techncal issue and he did. He called the center, I was in his office for a good amount of time. Appreciate that a manager will take the time, unlike major banks who have their doors closed. I also heard good stuff about the staff there. I only wish this branch was closer to us. Thank you Josh!

Everytime I come in here, the clerks are insanely unprofessional and very rude to me. Can’t even say anything to me just stare at me and expect me to just walk up. I literally deposit a cheque at least once a month and they are constantly telling me things changed at the beginning of the year when I know they didn’t, and I’ve had to push them to talk to a higher up about cheque holds etc, then I get a very sassy “next time I need to update your ID” and I put my license down on the counter, they’re quiet not updating me on wh... read more
