We have been loyal clients to meridian for about 6-7 years and have never missed payments. Back in the summer/fall of 2025 we asked for a HELOC. Our home is worth over 800k and we owe 300k at that point in time. We are told it should be absolutely no issue to get the amount of credit we were asking for (75k) & that we would be approved once everything was processed. We only need to get a home appraisal done.
