Everyone here is amazing. I recently faced a fraud situation, and both the staff and the manager immediately stepped in. They were able to secure my refund, made sure my device was cleaned, and even shared an informational video to help me avoid potential scams in the future. I truly appreciate Meridian for treating members like people, not numbers. I absolutely love my home branch; kudos to the entire team!

Never have I dealt with a finincial institution this bad! I invested in a GIC. I called to double check the interest rate at which point I was informed that it had NOT been invested. It was just sitting there earning less that 1%. This is very bad! But the worst of it is trying to speak to someone about it. The people there do NOT call you back!!!! As a new client, I walked into this branch for the first time recently. The staff was cold and unprofessional -- something I did not expect at all this from this credit union. At first, I was skeptical of all the low Google star ratings, but now I understand.

This place is useless. They locked the vault a half an hour before they even close and they say they can't even give you a new debit card because they're too lazy to do your job up until 7:00. Don't use them very lousy customer service in that branch

Terrible experience trying to withdraw money from my own TFSA. My TFSA is in ETFs yet they say it will take a week to get my money out. They use Aviso wealth and their websit has constant issues. I found it easier to move my savings to another institution and then withdraw it.
