Never in my life have I walked out of a place so quickly. I received the worst service ever within just three minutes. The representative, Alan, was absolutely disgusting. He literally just laughed.
I came here after work on Thursday night and it says on Google that this branch closes at 7 PM, but when I arrived, it was already closed.
I understand this branch doesn't handle regular banking transactions but just to deliver interbranch mail to another branch is not acceptable. They questioned the content of the envelope and i told them it's a US cheque and I accept the responsibility if it's lost.(US cheque into a US account).I hope MCU would not be so rigid in providing customer service to their members.
Excellent service from Brian. He spent a good amount of time troubleshooting issues with our ATM cards and transactions. So glad to have it sorted out.
