I understand this branch doesn't handle regular banking transactions but just to deliver interbranch mail to another branch is not acceptable. They questioned the content of the envelope and i told them it's a US cheque and I accept the responsibility if it's lost.(US cheque into a US account).I hope MCU would not be so rigid in providing customer service to their members.
Excellent service from Brian. He spent a good amount of time troubleshooting issues with our ATM cards and transactions. So glad to have it sorted out.

I want to thank Jennie Ng for all her help during this tough time. She's been not only professional but also really kind, thoughful and supportive. She always considering what would be best for me. That meant a lot and made a difficult process so much easier to handle. Also a big thank you to Alan Lam for his help and quick responses throughout. I truly appreviated the support from both of you.
