Decent location on Danforth that's open on Saturdays. However, Meridian kills you with the $1.50 e-transfer fee on every single e-transfer transaction. No other bank charges anything on e-transfers. Meridian should remove this fee if they want to attract more clients to their Credit Union.
Tired opening an account online. I was told to visit the branch on the danforth to show my IDs. A couple of days later I received a letter saying that the bank refuses to open an account for me with zero explanation. My credit score is over 800. And I’m a bank employee. Very bad experience and customer service. Never in my life I’ve been denied to open an account. Highly not recommend
I've been banking here for years. The service is excellent and the staff do get know you by name. Definitely a different feel than a big bank. I have had prompt follow ups from staff and my questions are always answered in a timely manner. Would recommend!
