I like dealing with Meridian as I never need to wait in line for too long as in my other Scotiabank beside them. Employees are pleasant helpful.
Friendly staff and manager who are always willing to help. The downside is that the ABM does not work reliably on weekends, and there is no parking available.
Overall, my experience with this location had been satisfactory and the staff are polite. However, there are some concerns regarding how Meridian operates at this location. On several occasions, both during my visits and those of an acquaintance, the branch supervisor was unavailable and appeared to leave early before closing time. The recurring absence of management raises questions about how certain decisions or escalations are handled.
Bad teller at any institution we deal here. Unprofessional and she confused everytime we go . Disrespectful and language barrier. Rethink to keep her.
