We chose Meridian Credit Union because it felt different from the big banks. The staff were friendly, the service was personal, and being part of a community-focused credit union mattered to us. Unfortunately, over the past couple of years, that experience has steadily declined. Twice recently I have arrived at the Meridian at Tauton and Thickson Branch at 2:00 - 2:30 and both times they are closed. The webside says open until 3 as does the door sign. What is with that, I don't live close and am thinking of closing out my a/c's. If it says 3 then it should be open until 3. Wouldn't we all get to leave work early if there are no customers, but unfortunately for the average client that's not what happens.
