Abysmal customer service at this branch in particular. Booked an appointment to open accounts here a week ago. Staff member starts the meeting with ‘I can give you ten minutes’. I’m here to open accounts, how is that going to work? I was 15min late (and apologized, forces beyond my control) but drove 2hrs to get here. Nobody even asked if I had accounts here already (I do, 6 in fact). Staff member raises a tone I didn’t appreciate so I asked to see the manager. No resolution. We can’t do this today.
