Very disappointing experience. Despite being an existing customer, I was completely ignored after multiple follow-ups. They ghosted me without any explanation or acknowledgment. I had to repeatedly reach out just to get a basic response, but no one bothered to follow up or provide any update. This level of customer service is unacceptable and unprofessional. Amazing staff. Very helpful. Able to do my banking very quickly compared to other banks.
I am going to have to give this bank a 2 and 5 star rating, 2 is for the Yonge st. Barrie location which gives advice only, this is very poor customer service and I have to travel miles out of my way to get proper banking services, I have requested that they go back to regular service but no change in service yet, otherwise at the other branch full service with no problems, they get a five star rating. If at such time the Yonge st. location goes back to full customer services, I will change their rating probably back to 5 st... read more
