I gave one star so I could review. In March Meridian installed slide by windows in my upstairs bedrooms. Instead of matching the clear hemlock they used very knotty pine, some knotholes being 3" wide and cracked. They didn't follow through on a walk through until I insisted. I was told this was "industry standard". I asked other installers who agreed with me that industry standard is to replace the jambs with the same standard of wood that they removed. This company reneged on my first contract with them to install doors and windows. They installed windows, but not doors. The installation is shoddy, and it's caused the windows to bow. When I called I was told I would have to call the manufacturer. I am having to hire a contractor to install new windows which will actually be rated for Montana, unlike the ones currently installed.
