I hired meridian construction to finish my 1400 square foot basement. The total cost of the project was about $95,000. It was worth the cost. As an all inclusive shop, this included everything: Framing, drywall, laminate flooring, doors, carpeting, painting, electrical, HVAC and custom cabinetry. This is an odd review because I don’t have a skin in the game. But my neighbors had some major renovations done, and by necessity, Meridian had to use the ground between our houses to move equipment. The site manager, Micky, could not have been more accommodating. He asked permission, gathered any information he might need (he had to avoid a drain pipe of mine), and after the job was done, the site was re-graded and well-seeded.
