Very unprofessional, I made my appointment over a week ago for today at 12:00 noon, and she goes to lunch.
I sat waiting for my girlfriend in the waiting room while she got her hair done from 1:00-6:30. It came out looking nothing like she asked for. Her hair was soaking wet when we left and it felt rough and it looked and felt damaged. If the girl wasn’t able to do what she asked for and didn’t know how to do it in the first place then she should’ve told my girlfriend that. It was unprofessional and I feel awful for my girlfriend. She is now searching for somewhere else to go to fix the mess that happened to her.
0/5 stars I went to Meridian College Salon for a root touch-up and caramel highlights on my brown hair, and it was honestly the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I arrived around 1:00 PM and didn’t leave until 6:30 PM, only to walk out completely devastated. What I asked for was simple and natural-looking, but my hair turned out absolutely awful. Note: Copied my Review from the college page. They created a separate page because the college has a bad rep. Meridian College (cosmetology department) understaffed, unprofessional, sarcastic, snippy and proud to teach that to their instructors. So old looking, there’s other schools that look and feel better and are cheaper tuition ! We are in the trend industry ! Few coats of paint, new floors, and stations never hurt a school or business.
