I had lunch at Meridan Central as part of my casino volunteer experience. The restaurant is brightly lit with cozy booths perfect for groups. I ordered the orange ginger beef which is normally $13.88. I thought the heaping rice bowl was a good value. Normally ginger beef can be tough and chewy, but my dish came out of the kitchen pretty fast, so it was piping hot and amazingly delicious.
