Today I had a 1 hour body 15 min face remedial massage with Mia. I have regular massage and this is my first time to Meridian Care. From the moment you arrive every detail is taken care off . Highly recommend Meridian Care North Lakes. As soon as you enter you feel ever so relaxed and welcomed. I had booked got a 2hr remedial massage but the lady at the reception suggested 30min foot and 60min remedial to target my points I wanted to focus on. Michelle was amazing. Her massage felt synchronised and purposeful, not just going through the motions. I asked for a medium-firm pressure and she absolutely nailed the brief. I left feeling completely relaxed while also feeling like all the tension and tightness in my muscles had been released. She instinctively knew all the spots where tension is held. My appointment was great. Suffering from sciatica for too long with a huge flare last week. Everyone said try acupuncture after a physio appointment saw me in me in severe pain. My booking was for 40 mins but I left after an hour. Ben is kind and acknowledgeable.
