My family has had six members at the Crestway-Meridian facility since 1999. All we can say is they are good to our family members, always cheerful and help the patients. Granted some days they are short-staffed as these things happen, but everyone gets seen and attended too. I recommend this facility, no matter what others might say. The staff from the bottom to the top are good to work with. If you have an issue get seen and heard...it gets resolved quickly.

I don’t recommend this facility due to its poor response time in helping clients. You see the staff walking around most of the time while a call light is on for more than 30 minutes. No person should sit in their feces for more than 45 minutes just because only certain people are supposed to clean them. I believe everyone can wipe a butt. I tried to help and was told not to move the client because I was alone. My father was here and he just developed infections and was sent to hospital all because they were neglectful of my ... read more

This place is horrible. Over populated and understaffed. 90% of the staff just there to collect a paycheck. They care nothing about rehabilitation and my brother went through hell there for 2 years until we finally were able to move him to the NEW FACILITY IN LIVE OAK. AT Meridian he was abused, always dirty, never put in his wheelchair, Came in in good health left like worst. The place needs to be shut down, weeded out and revamped.
