Unlike some brokers where account tiers are essentially cosmetic Meridian Capital's tiers offer meaningfully different experiences. The jump from Standard to Premium to VIP is clearly reflected in spreads, support quality and available tools. It feels like a genuine upgrade path rather than just a price ladder.
The three-tiered video course system here is genuinely well thought out. Starting with the foundational course and progressing to more advanced CFD content gives new traders a structured path. The topics covered including technical analysis, indicators and strategy development are relevant and practical rather than generic.
Support is generally responsive but there was one occasion where I waited a bit longer than I'd have liked for a reply on a non-urgent question. When the response came it was thorough and helpful so no real complaint, just worth noting. Everything else about the platform has been excellent and consistent.
Whether I'm positioning in gold, EUR/USD or indices the experience is consistent and competitive. Spreads are tight across the board and execution doesn't degrade during volatile sessions the way it does on some other platforms I've tried. The 23/5 availability on commodities suits my schedule perfectly.
The instant signal notifications are one of the features I use most. Being alerted when a new signal is published means I don't have to constantly monitor the platform and can act quickly when the conditions are right. The risk-reward ratios on each signal are clearly stated which helps with position sizing.
Look I enjoy using the platform and the execution quality is solid. But if I'm being real the terminal interface looks a little dated in certain sections. Nothing that affects performance but something that could be improved with a refresh. Got good support from them when I reached out about it so they're clearly listening to feedback.

BEING ABLE TO ACCESS FOREX AND COMMODITY MARKETS WHILE ALSO TAPPING INTO ONCHAIN POOLS AND VAULTS FROM A SINGLE INTERFACE IS SOMETHING I HAVEN'T FOUND ANYWHERE ELSE. THE SELF-CUSTODY OPTION GIVES ME PEACE OF MIND AND THE INSTITUTIONAL EXECUTION HANDLES THE HEAVY LIFTING.
