The best chicken fried steak I ever had, you can tell it was homemade. Great seasoning.
Fantastic Eggs Benny and friendly service!
This is a fantastic little café. Love the decor, and the service was excellent. The customer service was very positive. We had an order of eggs, Benedict with hashbrowns and an order of the traditional breakfast with scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, and biscuits. And coffee and hot chocolate. Everything was five stars, except the biscuits were a little dry and they needed some butter. We were there kinda late. About 11 AM so maybe they just needed to make more biscuits but the rest of it was fantastic.
The food was excellent as usual, the service was deplorable. They were over staffed with lazy and untrained young staffers who would rather stand by the bar than pay any attention to the customers. I don't care how busy a restaurant gets a staffer should come by and refill your coffee or check on you at least once in a 30 minute period. I will go to Rose's down the street next time.
