Double booked my daughters therapy appointment and failed to tell us until after we drove the 45 minutes there. Waste of time and waste of gas.
What a joke! It’s so very sad that the state continues to fund this joke of a facility. My advice : Do not waste ANY energy on this place. It’s full of bad reviews for a reason.
This place has changed since I last enrolled and I’m finally, getting help I need. The staff at Williams Matter and the Director are amazing. The food is great! The front desk staff are always professional and polite. Miss Rose my Peers specialist goes above and beyond for my care! The custodial and maintenance staff are the best. My nurse practitioner, Miss Josie and Austin also go above and beyond! I couldn’t be any happier and safe while I work on my mental health and sobriety. Thank you!
Gainesville location is way worse
I went here when I was 16 back in 2023. This place will leave you with PTSD. The food here is moldy, the bathrooms had mold. There was a girl that had food poisoning, and they did nothing. This place will make your mental health worse. I'd recommend anyone who thinks about going here PLEASE do not send your child or any family here they will not help you. You will leave with PTSD if you go here.
