Meridian doesn't train you properly. If you do your work incorrectly, it's your fault and not theirs. Communication is terrible. If you get burnt out from all the work you put in, they have no sympathy. They micromanage you to death. If they make a mistake, they'll still blame you and tell upper management that it's your fault so they keep eyes off of them. Upper management isn't even certified properly. This place was so horrible to me when I was in here to the point that once I got out, I had severe PTSD from the place
This place is a joke they don't want to use drugs that work, they never been able to properly diagnose me and I been bakeracted many times and marchman acted, and they don't let you smoke which is just cruel af. This place just keeps you in the system and want to put you on psych meds and anti depressants thinking everything is a symptom. Joke this place...
Have had some bad experiences n some good. They need to try to keep staff n quit switching doctors tho I have had three doctors in one year
