It was difficult at times of course . I was lonely and sad and frustrated . Yet,It was a great program . I've been to 8 inpatients sense 2016 and this was my last .

I learned alot of things at bridge. One of the things I learned is that counseling staff can break HIPPA laws with no repcroprussion for sharing my medical history to a room full of strangers( fellow patients) . I will say though, only a half dozen "professionals" were totaly inept at their jobs. Your experiences may very.

Had me in the same facility as the person who killed my three year old brother then kicked me out for fighting. Not much else to say. Incompetence or negligence you be the judge.

I did not have a very good experience with them at all if i could give negative 5 stars i so definitely would.. they lied to me saying that the person I dropped off left on there own accord, come to find out the person was kicked out of the place after being cornered and told they had to leave. I would not send love ones or any person here ever, very bad staff for not telling the truth about what actually happened, if they aren't going to tell the truth about what happened I wonder what happens behind closed doors.. it's jus... read more

If possible for a family member to chose a different facility I would opt to do so. Although this facility seems to be operating well and has made progress on many patients its not always what it seems. Their nursing and auxiliary staff are lacking in the appropriate training to deal with individuals with mental health and addiction issues. As a family member I was hung-up on and swore at by nursing staff when I called to inquire why there was a delay in getting meds. The center although they say they are licensed for mental... read more
