I agree with the other reviewers. The management company is EXTRMELY dishonest and non-transparent with their tenant move-out practices/policies. If you move here, be prepared to forfeit your deposit when you eventually move out. We were charged "cleaning fees" despite leaving the unit spotless. No proof of any cleaning services that were completed by the leasing office via pictures or receipts. Well on Saturday someone was having something going on in the activity room or whatever you call it and people were parking across the street on the residents parking area building 205 leaving no parking for the people that live here with no where to park that was very rude to the people that pay rent here
Terrible experience. Go elsewhere if you can!
Takes maintenance over a week to come out for a request and even when they do, they don’t fully fix the problem. They end up coming out again for same issue. When I first moved here the complex was neatly manicured. Not anymore. Walls in apartment are extremely thin. Don’t waste your money here
