A month ago, I had to walk-in for a maintenance request for a blown bedroom light fuse because there portal isn’t working. After being assured by Kayli that it would be taken care of, I waited. Two weeks later, I called to follow up and was told they had no record of it. I was reasonable about it, and requested to submit it again, but now it’s been three weeks and I still have a blown fuse in the bedroom - no one has shown up or even called, no communication whatsoever. I just moved in over a week ago and have a 15 month lease ahead of me and already regretting it. Since I have moved in, my master bedroom and bathroom heats up and stays 4-5 degrees higher than the rest of the apartment. I have put 2 service tickets in, and after 72 hour waiting periods for both of them. Ultimately they said that the HVAC system is perfect and every 2 bedroom unit suffers 1 bedroom not getting the proper air circulation. I agree with the other reviewers. The management company is EXTRMELY dishonest and non-transparent with their tenant move-out practices/policies. If you move here, be prepared to forfeit your deposit when you eventually move out. We were charged "cleaning fees" despite leaving the unit spotless. No proof of any cleaning services that were completed by the leasing office via pictures or receipts.
