I spoke with customer service due to a VERY poor design on the Nurture Calm Product and was told they would log my issue and “eventually someone would look at it”. I am saddened by the absolute lack of care about a disfunction in a product that otherwise works very well (pheromone collar). For anyone else wanting to use a pheromone collar, find another company. I don't like the break away collar. He had it on for one week and lost it. $15.00 dollars down the drain!!
My Vet suggested a Calm collar for my pet so I purchased one but it broke 15 minutes after I put it on my cat. I called the collar maker which was Meridian. They were very apologetic and not only replaced my defective collar immediately....they sent TWO!! That's what I call great customer service! As long as I have a pet, I will continue to look for products made by the Meridian Animal Health company. Thank you.
