I’ve lived here over a year and a half now. My complaint is regarding the persistent and disruptive sound of the building’s fire alarm. For the entire duration of the last two years the alarm has been going off repeatedly and unnecessarily, often at all hours of the day and night. This constant noise is extremely disruptive to residents’ daily lives, sleep, and well-being. 4 years in the building, I have nothing but positive things to say, Jennifer salva (Jenny) property manger is amazing manger. Almost replies to your concerns under 24hrs. Every time the lease is up, we are happy to sign just because of her. The Maintance service crew is top notch, they show up within a day of it the same day everytime we put in the service request.
