I just moved into Meridia Transit Plaza, and I’m really happy with it so far! The apartment is new, clean, and well designed. The management team has been helpful, and the move-in process was smooth. The building feels safe and well-maintained, and having a gym is a great bonus!
My husband and I have been tenants of Meridia Transit Plaza for the past three years and have loved it. We have a unit *very* close to the train so I feel entitled to comment that it is really something you get used to & did not deter us from staying here these past few years. My mother loves her apartment! Being a frequent visitor, not only am I pleased with the upkeep, but especially with how my mother decorated! Maintenance is very responsive, the complex/ area is safe!
5 Stars for the management Of Jessie, She was able to help me with all the questions and incovenients, Also a great plus that she can comunicate in both English and Spanish. Regardless the apartment the train station is very close and if you live in a appartment in the edge looking to it, you will hear it a lot, but if you live in the appartments inside, you will not notice, very clean, the maintenance requests are very fast, well located and very good management by jessie
