The “manager” Ivette is a legit joke. I’ve been trying to get in contact with these people for over 2 weeks. All I got was 2 generic texts from a number I can’t even get ahold of someone. They won’t help or assist with anything. No answers or guidance has been given at all. You would think if a place is trying to rent out units, they’d be more respectful and professional with interested parties. They never answer your phone calls!! Looks like negative reviews are true on this. I cannot post the screenshots but I had called them several times.
Don’t get caught by these people they make promises and then they don’t follow through. Forget renting here especially if you have two cars. You will be on a wait list for months.
