Our vehicle was stolen and destroyed. In order to get into the Kia class action lawsuit we needed an estimate of repairs exceeding the value of the car. The car was obviously well beyond repair but we didn't want to deal with the hassle of moving the car around. They were able to put together a quote based off pictures and mechanical description in a timely and friendly manner
