All the doctors are good and kind to all animals. Their knowledge is outstanding. They don't recommend or sell you something you don't need. The prices are lower than many other clinics and Hospitals. I live in Madison, and the prices are terrible on the shoreline!

Our rottweiler was having pain in his sacral joint so our regular vet said we should look into having acupuncture done. Dr. Van Patton was one of the few vets in the area that practiced acupuncture so we made an appointment to have it done. I was very surprised that a "country vet" was educated in acupuncture since even medical doctors are just now starting to see the benefits of acupuncture in humans. After one visit, our rottie was getting up and down and walking around with less pain (no crying). He cotinued to get better... read more
I constantly felt like I was trying to convince Dr Van Patton that there was something wring with my dog, and guess what? There was. She had pancreatic cancer, and we dawdled around giving her supplements while she was in serious pain and losing weight. She was put to sleep, but I wasn't able to be there. I later brought another dog in to remove a small benign tumor on her leg. The surgery was performed and we were sent home. The bandage was far too tight and cutting off blood circulation to her leg, so we returned to have i... read more
