I writing this as I have finally calmed down from the emotional roller coaster your office has put me through. It’s hard enough to have a sick dog that’s a family member and vital part of your family. Seeing them be in pain and suffering is painful for the pet owner. My dog had some issues since Saturday 4/17/21 when I realized that this was not just a casual stomach ache I called into your office for assistance. Horrible staff! They do not know what they are doing. Overpriced upsetting stuff that doesn't work. Would rather treat the more expensive of the two diagnosis. They could of saved our dog if properly diagnosed.
