Update (2025) I’m giving them 5 stars now since this is a new management and I have been living here for 5 years now. I love the girls in the office Jennifer and Melanie they are very nice and polite. Thank you to Jennifer for my new town home I love it, I appreciate that they communicate when things are getting fix in the property. I have never had any issues with roaches or any type of animals. I’ve been living here since April 10, 2024, and I wanted to share my honest experience so far. At first, my experience with the front office wasn’t great. While Lenee Mayberry was initially helpful when I was inquiring about a unit, her attitude changed during a minor misunderstanding. Her tone over the phone was unprofessional, and I often avoided the office when she was there due to how uncomfortable she made me feel. Thankfully, she is no longer part of the team.
