Update: as I have had more time to process this…. He has made money off 1 car twice and when the transmission went out we paid $1300 for it to be fixed and because the 2015 Subaru forester broke down again on the way home from the repair, we asked to return it and he treated us like a new customer trading in a car. So he ended up with a car he is making money off a 2nd time while we lost a lot of money. Edited to 1 star because the entire transaction was a disaster. He really could have done better. We Purchased a car for $10k from this dealer and after six weeks of ownership, the transmission went out. To his credit, he had the car towed and paid for half of the repair cost. When driving the car home from the mechanic, the car broke down again. Again he had it towed. By then we had lost all faith in the car.
