This was the smoothest interaction I’ve ever had getting a car. Being 30+ and financing my first vehicle and also not having the greatest credit score.(I’ve always paid cash) Working with Mercedes was a pleasure, and she made the process as simple as possible and got me in a car I love. Would definitely recommend anyone in a similar situation to give her a shot.
Meric was great! Showed me the car I wanted, and after hearing my budget and needs didn't try to push anything that didn't meet those requirements. Once I decided to buy the car, the process was fast and easy without needless fees or chargers. They even organized the papers for me to make the DMV easy! I hope not to need another car for years, but when I do, I'll be going back here first.
