I did not have a good experience, nor did my mother. They told my mother not to talk. They never finished her nails and her nails lifted and came off within a week of getting them done. They were rude, over-priced and they did not do what we asked.
I had "alan" He kept telling me to relax as he was squeezing my fingers and pulling me by them and her shoved a tool underneath and pride my old nails off as i kept telling him he was hurtimg me instead of soaking them and has a long pinky nail and kept shoving it into my skin and also tried to argue with what I wanted. I have had better at lower end nail places. And to make it better they gave me a 10% off which I already get for being a college student. Worst customer service ever!!!!
